Prepared by Infoblox. This guide explains how to connect Slack to the Axur platform and configure Slack notifications for ticket delivery.
1. Go to Settings > API & Integrations
In the platform side menu, open Settings and click API & Integrations.

2. Click Connect to Slack
In the Slack Workspace section, click Connect to Slack to start the integration with Slack.

3. Authorize the workspace connection
On the Slack permissions screen, select the desired workspace and click Allow to authorize the connection between the Axur platform and Slack.

4. Confirm that the integration is active
After authorization, the platform will show that the Slack integration is active for the connected workspace.

5. Click Add feed
With the integration active, go to the Feeds & Webhooks 2.0 area and start creating a new feed.

6. Select a template or configure it manually
In the Add feed window, select a ready-made template or click Skip templates to continue with the manual configuration.

7. Select the feed type
In the Choose delivery mode step, select the Slack Integration option.

8. Select the channel and enter the parameters
On the feed configuration screen, select the Slack channel and fill in the parameters with the ticket filters that should be sent to that channel.

9. Save and confirm feed creation
After saving, the platform will display the created feed and the Slack channel that will receive the messages.

10. Review how tickets will appear in the channel
Tickets will be displayed in the configured Slack channel as Axur Feeds notifications, showing the feed name, the number of new tickets, and event details such as type, asset, domain, and related URL.

Expected result
At the end of the configuration, the Slack workspace will be connected to the Axur platform, the feed will be created with the Slack Integration type, and notifications will be sent automatically to the selected channel according to the defined parameters.
