In Settings, under Plan & Usage, is where you can check the threats being monitored and your Takedowns consumption, in addition to the invoices.
When accessing it, you will find counters for the performed Takedowns, the research hours used by the Axur Research Team, and whether your company has SmartHunt Services contracted:
Our Takedowns package is renewed annually according to your contract. This means that if you've purchased 10 Takedowns and used them all within the first six months, any additional Takedowns will be charged at the agreed-upon price in your contract. When one year is completed, your package will be renewed, and you'll have 10 Takedowns available again. For information on payment methods, prices, and package upgrades, please consult your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
The amount of research hours available on the Axur platform corresponds to the total of your contractual agreement. For instance, if you have purchased a 4-hour per month plan, the overall amount for a year will be 48 hours. This value will be displayed on the platform and can be utilized during the duration of your contract.
Attention!
For MSSP partners, usage and billing work differently. We recommend reviewing the “Credit Usage” article for more details.
Plan
In Plan, you'll find a listing of the threats (such as Executives) that you've contracted to monitor, quantities, and the assets being monitored for these threats.
Usage
In Usage, you get an overview of your contracted Takedowns, additional Takedowns used, and reversed Takedowns, along with the total invoice amount, separated by month:
Click on an invoice to see more details of each Takedown being charged. There, you can also print the invoice.
If you need to upgrade or make any changes to your plan, please contact your CSM.
Threat Hunting
The Threat Hunting view consolidates the entire credit usage history, including credits consumed through the platform, API, and CSV exports.
The history displays the following information: date, action that generated the consumption, user responsible, and number of credits used.
