Access to the Axur Platform

First Access

You can access the Axur Platform for the first time in two ways:

1. Access with Email and Password

If your manager configured your access using a login and password, you will receive a welcome email with an access link.

Click the link to be redirected to the page where you can create your password.

After creating your password, simply enter your email (your username), type the new password, and click Sign In.

2. Access via SSO (Single Sign-On)

If your access is enabled via SSO:

  1. Enter your email in the login field.

  2. Click Login with SSO (Single Sign-On).

  3. On your first access, you will receive a confirmation email. Open it and click the link to complete authentication.

📌 Note: Your username is always your email address.


Account Preferences

To access your account settings:

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  2. Select My Preferences.

Inside this section, you will find the following options:


Account

  • Name

    Allows you to change the user’s display name.
    Note: The name must contain at least two words (e.g., "Antônio Lemos", "User One").

  • Language

    Allows you to change the platform language to:

    • Portuguese

    • English

    • Spanish

    • To apply changes, click Update.

  • Email

    You may change the email associated with your account (also used as your login). To do this:

    1. Enter the new email address.

    2. Enter your current password.

    3. Click Update.

  • Password

    You can change your password at any time:

    • Enter your current password.

    • Enter the new password.

    • Click Update.

    Minimum password requirements:

    • At least 8 characters

    • Combination of letters and numbers

    • At least one uppercase letter

    • After updating, a “Action completed successfully” message will appear in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  • Two-Factor Authentication

In the side menu, you will find the Two-Factor Authentication option, which adds an extra layer of security to your login.

Email and WhatsApp Communications

In My Preferences, you can also configure:

  • Email Notifications

    Choose which types of incidents and alerts you want to receive and how frequently.


    For more information, see the article Email Communication Preferences.

  • WhatsApp Communications

    Available for alerts related to the Deep & Dark Web. Adjust settings according to your needs.


API Keys

In this section, you can view, manage, and create new keys for using Axur’s API.
