On the Axur Platform, you can configure notifications about your tickets and detections to be sent directly to your email. To adjust these preferences:
Access the Axur Platform.
Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Select My Preferences.
Open the Email Communication section.
How it works
Notifications are sent to the same email address you use to log in to the Axur Platform.
You can configure two types of preferences:
Notifications by event type
Notifications by ticket type and new detections
Notification Frequency
At the top of the My Preferences section, you can select how often you want to receive email notifications. The available options are:
1. Real-time
An email is sent whenever an incident is registered or a Takedown is completed.
For leaked credentials, credit card (BIN) exposure, and Deep & Dark Web incidents, notifications are always sent in real time, regardless of your configuration.
2. Once per day
A daily email is sent around 6:00 AM, containing a summary of incidents and Takedowns from the past 24 hours.
3. Once per week
A weekly email is sent on Mondays, around 6:00 AM, containing a summary of incidents and Takedowns from the last 7 days.
📌 Default setting:
The Axur Platform is configured by default to send notifications once per day.
Notifications by Event Type
You will receive emails only for the event types you choose to enable.
The available events are:
Incident registered
Takedown completed, with the following possible statuses:
Resolved
Not resolved
Interrupted
Notifications by Ticket Type and New Detections
These notifications allow you to choose which ticket types or detections should trigger email alerts. Example:
If you want to receive alerts only about Fake Mobile Apps, select the option Fake Mobile App.
📌 Important:
To enable this type of notification, you must first select the event types you want to receive. If you enable event types but do not select any ticket types, no notifications will be sent.
