Each user has control and visibility over their actions performed on the Axur platform, which can be accessed by reviewing each ticket. However, only the Manager has access to the activities of all users within the company registered on the platform.
The Axur platform allows you to view the actions performed on each ticket. In this functionality, you can check various actions performed by users, such as:
Actions performed (creation, discard, takedown requests, among others)
Annotations made on the ticket
Included and removed tags
Author and date of login on the Axur platform
How to view the activities?
1. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner, which corresponds to the options. The menu will be displayed as shown below, search for “User Activity”:
2. In this screen, you can view the activity of each user with access to the Axur platform, if your profile is that of a manager, as shown below:
3. The visualization of activities can also be done using specific filters selected by the user. The filters can be based on activity type or time period.
This functionality allows for greater control over the activities of users with access to the Axur platform, facilitating internal communication and identifying which users performed the actions on each ticket.
Important! For clients who have a Multitenant environment, currently, user activities are recorded under the main client. This record specifies in which client the activity in question was performed.
How do export activity records?
To export your activity records on the Axur platform or for your team (if you are a Manager user), simply select your preferred filters and click on the export button in the right corner of the screen. Upon clicking, it will download the activities returned by the filter on the page.
Currently, the Axur platform only allows exporting the most recent activities (up to 5000 activities).
