Are you looking for an incident related to a specific URL, or do you want to view all tickets related to the same domain? In this tutorial, we will show you how to perform more accurate searches in Axur One so that you can find all the relevant results you're looking for. If it hasn't been identified yet, you can add it immediately.
The first step to conducting a search is to remove any extra characters from the URL you want to search for, such as removing variations like the “https://” protocol and the “www.” prefix at the beginning of the URL. By doing this, the search engine can work more efficiently and provide all possible variations of the results.
Let's say you want to find a specific URL related to an incident on the OLX platform. Use the entire URL, removing only the initial variations.
Example:
Clean search: axur.com/en-us/axur-cybersecurity-resources/#ebooks
Note that in both cases, the URL is the same, with the removal of terms that may limit your search and the obtained results.
Searching for all incidents of a domain
If you want to find all tickets related to a specific domain, you should follow the same URL cleaning steps mentioned above, but also remove any information after the first slash (/).
Example:
Clean search: axur.com
What is the search field?
After cleaning your URL, search in the search field located in the main filters of Axur One:
It is in this field that you should enter the cleaned URL, and it will return the tickets related to the search. If desired, you can further refine and limit the results using the available filters: specific asset, ticket type, date, or detection period.
It is also possible to search for multiple ticket IDs at once; just separate them with a comma or semicolon. There is no character limit for the search; however, a large number of ticket IDs may take some time to return results.
