What is the option of Infiltrated Accounts?
Infiltrated Accounts are a piece of information that can be added in the monitoring settings section of the platform. The goal is to connect your cybersecurity team's Telegram accounts to the Axur platform for automated monitoring of the groups in which these accounts are infiltrated, using the resources of Explore.
The Infiltrated Accounts' functionality is available for customers with the Deep & Dark Web product and is exclusive to manager and specialist profiles.
Why connect my infiltrated accounts to the platform?
Cybersecurity teams need to be fast and scalable when investigating malicious actors on the Deep & Dark Web.

Can the platform send messages through my account?
No.
The goal is to connect customers' Telegram accounts to collect messages from the groups in which these accounts are infiltrated. Additionally, it is possible to disconnect at any time.
What messages are collected?
Only messages from groups are collected, we do not collect messages sent directly.
Who can see the collected messages?
In Explore, the detected messages only appear for the specialist and manager profiles of the team. If a ticket is generated from the message, all team members with access to the Deep & Dark Web area can view it.
Can I connect my personal account to the platform?
No.
The messages from the groups will be available in the Explore database for all users. Only connect your company's accounts.
How to add my Telegram account?
1 – Access My Telegram and log in with your company account.
If you see the App configuration page:
This means that there is already an active application, so you don't need to do anything. You can close the Telegram tab and click Continue below.
If you see the Create new application page:
This means that the application is not yet active.
To create it, fill in the App title and Short name fields. They should be alphanumeric, for example, “Axur123”. Then, select “other” for the Platform field.
Finally, click Create Application and you're done! You can close the Telegram tab and continue on the platform.
2 – In the platform, add your company's phone number, send the confirmation code, and voilà, your messages will already be available in Explore.
