Monitoring Suggestions — Explore

Updated over 2 months ago

Axur actively monitors thousands of groups on Telegram, WhatsApp, X-Twitter profiles and hashtags and other sources, including the Deep & Dark Web. This broad monitoring spectrum is crucial for identifying potential online threats and protecting our clients.

Given the vast number of online groups, Axur is always seeking to expand its collection operations. Clients play a vital role in suggesting new groups for inclusion in our monitoring efforts.

By allowing our clients to contribute by indicating relevant groups for monitoring, we strengthen our ability to proactively identify and mitigate threats. We value the partnership with our clients and are committed to providing increasingly effective solutions to ensure a safer digital environment.

How to Suggest a New Group, X-Twitter profiles and hashtags for monitoring?

If you know of a specific group or X-Twitter profiles and hashtags that you believe is relevant for Axur's monitoring, please send us the invitation link for the group. You can do this through the chat on the Axur platform, via email at [email protected], or through WhatsApp at +55 0800 042 4247.

In the Deep & Dark Web section on the Axur platform, under Explore, there is a button called “Suggest Groups” where you are directed to a conversation with our support team, and you can send us the links.

We are always open to suggestions and value the active participation of our clients in the continuous improvement of our services.

What We Do Not Monitor?

It is important to note that Axur does not monitor individual conversations. Our focus is on groups, forums, and servers (Discord).
