In this article, we clarify how monitoring is conducted for a URL after the Takedown process has been completed, and the URL becomes active again.
Resolved Cases
Monitoring of a Resolved Takedown is carried out in two stages:
Once a Ticket is closed as Resolved, it will be monitored by our team for the following 15 days to check for any reactivation of the page. During this interim period, if the website comes back online, the ticket will be reopened, and the Takedown can be initiated again at no cost.
In the second stage of the Resolved ticket, after the 15-day monitoring period, if our monitors detect it again, the ticket will also be reopened. If it is still active and contains violations, the Takedown will be counted as a new one and will be deducted from your package.
Unresolved, Interrupted, Internal Treatment, and Discarded Cases
Even when a ticket has been initiated for Takedown but is closed by our team as Unresolved, Interrupted, Internal Treatment, or Discarded, it will only be detected as a threat after 1 year if it remains active and still contains violations.
If you wish to monitor a ticket within a shorter time frame than the one established by the Axur Platform, we suggest adding it to your Quarantine list, which is managed by your team and does not involve Axur's collectors.
