What is the exposure level?
The exposure level is an automatic classification that Axur's platform assigns to your brand during the registration process. The data is generated by cross-referencing information that reflects the volume of direct traffic to your brand’s website. This helps define the brand’s digital presence and its potential exposure.
This classification helps determine the ideal coverage type to protect your digital presence — and also influences the pricing of your plan.
How is the exposure level determined?
When registering a new brand, you provide two key pieces of information:
Brand name, such as Axur
Official website, such as www.axur.com
If your company has multiple websites under the same brand, always select the one with the highest exposure. For global organizations, we recommend registering separate brands for each country. This helps keep things organized, especially when dealing with multiple languages.
Based on this information, the platform automatically determines the brand’s exposure level and displays the classification before you complete the process. No additional action is required.
What are the brand size categories?
According to its digital exposure, your brand can be classified as:
Starter: typically a small, regional brand or a business in its early stages, with low site traffic.
Business: a growing company.
Corporate: an established company.
Enterprise: a large corporation with significant digital presence, often a leader in its sector and active in multiple regions.
The higher your brand’s exposure, the greater the risk of digital threats — which means broader coverage is required, and the plan cost may increase accordingly.
Where can I check this information?
You can view your brand's exposure level and the corresponding monitoring plan at the end of the brand registration process. Just go to:
Settings > Monitoring settings > Brands
Click on “Add Brand” and follow the steps. At the end, Axur’s platform will display the exposure level and the corresponding monitoring package before finalizing.
Why does this affect the plan cost?
Axur offers different coverage levels depending on your brand’s exposure level. This ensures that highly exposed brands receive more comprehensive protection.
Does this change affect already registered brands?
For now, exposure level classification applies only to new brand registrations. If any changes affect your current account, our team will contact you directly.
