Details within a ticket

Updated over 2 months ago

With the new tickets created, the user can proceed to evaluate them and take action on the tickets.

Attributes

Some types of tickets have an attribute field. Through artificial intelligence models, the Axur platform classifies fraud indicators in the URL based on the configurations made in the platform. See the image below for how attributes are displayed in a ticket.

The attributes are automatically analyzed upon ticket creation, without the need for user action, based solely on the evidence and according to the following parameters:

  • Domain

  • Risk level

  • Logo similarity

  • Brand mention

  • Detection URL

  • Detection language

For more information on Risk Level and other details, please refer to the article Sorting and Prioritization of tickets.

Source

Below the Attributes field, as described earlier, the detection Source field is displayed. In this item, you can check the source by which it was detected, the term used by the bot, and/or whether it was a manual creation on the platform:

For more information on how bots work, refer to the article on Search Bots.
