You can add evidence to the Axur platform tickets yourself. The process is easy and quick, and you can include the files in the ticket within a few minutes. Including evidence of fraud is essential to assist in detecting the violation and, most importantly, in its resolution.
The Axur platform accepts all types of files, and each ticket allows you to include up to 100 attachments.
How to add evidence
Click and enter the ticket where you want to include the evidence.
Look for the option “Add New Evidence” located just below the main ticket information.
Select the file you want to attach to the ticket from your computer, then click “Open.”
The Axur platform will automatically upload the added file and refresh the page with the new evidence.
How to remove
If you accidentally added evidence not related to the URL or case, look for the evidence in the list and select the “Delete” option as indicated below:
