When you request the treatment of a page incorrectly or are interested in making it active again, you can attempt reactivation. Each type of treatment has a different request procedure for removing the report. Check the procedures to be followed for each of them:
How to request Reactivation?
To reactivate a page treated via Takedown, you must request reactivation through our support. You can contact us through one of our support channels and select the option “Talk to a person.” We will send you the request for reconsideration of complaint document (available at the end of this article) for completion, also providing the URL and the ticket ID from the Axur Platform.
By filling out and sending us the request for reconsideration of complaint letter, our team will initiate the reactivation process internally and keep you and your team updated on the progress. This step is necessary for us to maintain our relationship with providers, absolving Axur of any misconceptions and maintaining credibility and transparency with platforms for future removals.
Billing
Unlimited Takedown Package:
If you have an unlimited Takedown package, the cost of 10 individual Takedowns is charged for the reactivation of each page. This cost is agreed upon at the time of package purchase, and if you have any questions, you can contact us, and we will provide the details.
Limited Takedown Package:
For each reactivation, the cost of 10 Takedowns is charged, which will be deducted from your current contracted package.
Finally, it is worth noting that we attempt reactivation for a period of 15 days. After this period, the ticket will be closed, and regardless of the success of the page reactivation, the 10 Takedowns will be charged according to your type of subscription.
Important!
There is no guarantee that the page will be reactivated, regardless of the type of treatment, as it may have been removed due to other violations of the platforms' terms of use.
Before proceeding with the reactivation request, when we request the reactivation of a URL, we lose credibility with the responsible entities, as we report it as false content and then withdraw the complaint. This can harm our evaluation and credibility with the entities, making it difficult to remove future infringing cases. Therefore, we advise carefully considering the decision to reactivate URLs that have been treated by Axur.
For both types, you do not have access to the reactivation procedures on the Axur Platform.
