Tutorial
1. Access the website: https://pppi.mercadolibre.com/en and click on “Login”.
2. Insert registration data (email or username and password)
3. Go to “Pending Reports”
4. Select one of the cases
5. When selecting the complaint, the seller's response will appear
6. Fill in the response fields for the seller and send the response
7. Repeat the process with all reports until the pending reports page is cleared
8. At the end of the confirmation of complaints, the page should look like this:
