Our SmartHunt Services team provides initial setup and continuous optimization, including screening and analysis, combining prediction models, automation, and human intelligence to address critical use cases more quickly on the Surface and Deep & Dark Web.

What is included in the offering?

  1. Initial platform setup

  2. Event validation and screening

    • Validation is restricted to the contracted plan

    • Initial alignment meeting to define criteria.

    • Screening and validation of tickets on the Axur platform according to established criteria;

    • Action on work lists, Open and Incidents;

    • Manual validation coverage on an 8x5 scale.

      • Exceptionally for the Phishing offering, tickets will undergo manual validation on a 12x7 scale.

    • All tickets will be validated within 48 business hours

    • Manual revalidation of tickets when changing screening criteria (according to the volume contracted in the plan)

  3. Automation structuring

    • Only from the Business plan onwards

    • Analysis of tickets and configuration of automation for discard, quarantine, incident creation, and takedown requests (when pre-authorized)

    • Periodic audit of automation to check for possible improvements

  4. Optimization of results and continuous value delivery

    • Frequency according to the contracted plan or upon request.

    • Analysis of collections, changing settings that generate inefficient and low-conversion collections (excess of false positives)

    • Analysis of tickets created manually by the client and adjustment of collections to be automated thereafter

    • Regular meetings with clients to provide Axur insights and align collections.

  5. Specialized searches

    • Periodic manual searches for Surface sources not covered by the Axur platform

      • Within the same scope as the offerings of the Axur platform

      • Within the ticket limit of the contracted offer

  6. Add-on: Dedicated Intelligence Analyst

    • Analyst dedicated exclusively to the client.

    • Creation of customized reports (with data beyond what is extracted in the Stats tab)

    • Validation and screening (8x5) of custom attributes.


What is not included?

  • Superficial web investigation (Investigating individuals on social networks, phone numbers, missing employees, news);

  • Reports on the market, sector, or other clients;

  • Data extraction and creation of specific reports for clients;

  • Manual searches for threats on the Deep & Dark Web;

  • Validation of Corporate Credential Leak cases.

Do the Services team alter the settings included by the client?

Our autonomy cannot exceed that of the client. When we identify something created or included by the client that can be adjusted to bring more relevant results to the client, we will get in touch.
