Manual Ticket Creation for Content Piracy Offer
We monitor various sources, and due to the practically infinite volume, our clients may report cases we have not detected and vice versa. For this reason, we are constantly seeking new sources to expand our collections, and our clients can also suggest specific adjustments.
If it is necessary to manually create a ticket on the platform for Content Piracy reports, the process is quite similar to other offers and can be consulted in the article "Manual ticket addition"
Attention! Before creating a ticket, perform a search on the platform to identify possible tickets already created for the case. For more information, refer to the article "Manual Ticket Search."
First, access the Online Piracy section.
On the right side, click the "+ Add Ticket" button.
Select the asset related to the fraud.
Choose the ticket type "Content Piracy."
Indicate whether you want to create an Incident or send the case to Quarantine. For more details on workflows in the platform, refer to the article "Worklists and Export."
Enter the URL. If there is more than one URL, select the option "Create more than one ticket."
Click on the "+ Add" option.
There you go, you have completed the creation of the Content Piracy ticket. \o/
